Lake Whatcom In the HOT Sun

It was 86 degrees yesterday and we spent Isabella's pre-school play date at her friends Meghan and Samantha's Lake Whatcom property at the beach. The kids had lots of fun in the water together and also enjoyed swinging, a picnic lunch and Popsicles. They didn't seem to be bothered by the heat but us moms were cookin'! The weather has been absolutely gorgeous these past couple weeks and we have enjoyed it so much!! I think we've already been to the lakes around here more in these past couple weeks than than we did all of last summer!
