This last week has been AMAZINGLY beautiful and hot and we've been taking advantage of just about every moment of it! Today, we met some friends at Lake Samish for a play date, some swimming and a picnic lunch. The kids at SO much fun playing in the sand and water!! We will definitely be going back probably at least once a week when the weather is nice!! Every summer when I go to Lake Samish, I am reminded of how beautiful and peaceful it is there and what a great place it is to take the kids swimming! When we got home, we had about an hour rest time and then went to pick Anthony up from school. From there, we picked up Payton, the son of a friend of mine from boot camp, and headed to Bloudel for a picnic dinner and more swimming. What a great day of fun, sun and relaxation!!
