I took my dad down to Seattle yesterday for his consult with his surgeon. We did not get good news. His tumor is cancerous and is growing quickly and consuming so much of his nutrients and causing other side effects as well. He is scheduled for surgery on January 5th and will have to undergo chemo and/or radiation after the surgery. He may also have to have some other organs removed that have been effected by the tumor. Some good news is that the tumor appears to be one big mass and doesn't appear to be branching off into different areas.
Please continue to pray for my dad that his surgery and recovery will go well and that he will be at peace and stay positive and optimistic.
